Returns & Exchange Policy
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return & exchange, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning/Exchanging Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please refer to the RMA return directions.

To ensure a smooth and fast return process, please follow the steps below:
Request Your RMA Number
Contact us at Matchpointpkbl@gmail.com to receive an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an assigned RMA.Include Required Information
In your message, please provide:Order number
Full name
Item(s) being returned
Reason for return
Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Prepare Your Return
Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition (unless defective).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a defect in workmanship reported within 30 days of delivery. Approved workmanship defects will receive a prepaid return label.Ship Your Item
Send the package to the return address provided with your RMA approval.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
